About Our Products
 All cakes and cookies are made to order using only the freshest ingredients so we ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you wish a special cake flavor or filling that is not listed, or a special flavor in the sugar cookie bouquets, let us know and we will make every effort to accommodate you. We can also custom create a photo cake or cookie basket. Just e-mail a JPG photograph or picture to be scanned. It’s great for wedding anniversaries or corporate functions. Call for pricing but there is a minimum order of $75 for all cakes, cookies, or confections. We take orders either over the phone (201) 489-1729 or by e-mail at pattycakesandco@aol.com.
Our Location
Our fully licensed and inspected cake design studio is located in Bogota, New Jersey. We are open by appointment only. Cake tastings and consultations are available by appointment. Cake tastings are offered only on cakes of 100 or more servings. Tastings are $25 but if you book your cake with us the $25 is applied to your final cost.
Delivery
Delivery is free within 10 miles of Bogota, New Jersey. A nominal fee applies to all other surrounding areas including New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. For areas outside of Bergen County, please call or e-mail for cost. We regret that we can not ship cakes, only cookies.
About the Owner
Patty Baglivi, owner and creative designer, grew up in a family with many multi talented chefs and bakers. Love of food as an art form was passed on to her. She is mostly self taught, taking some classes here and there to hone her talent. During a long career in government service, she often cooked and baked for her colleagues. Word soon spread of her delicious confections, and as demand grew, she started Pattycakes & Cookies on a part-time basis. Now retired from government service, she devotes all her energies to Pattycakes & Cookies (when she’s not running after her energetic young daughter).
